The product is good, exactly as described on the website. I’m not giving it five stars because the shipping was awful. Don’t trust the stated delivery date. In my case it arrived more than a week later than the date on the website, and on top of...

From the moment I placed the order, everything went smoothly. The product arrived at our home exactly as described after a few business days. The quality is very good. I only wish the DHL notifications had been in German, so I always had to use a...

It's excellent.

Contrary to what I’d read, I received my chair quickly and was kept informed throughout the process. It’s a really great product that seems high-quality at first glance, and it’s very comfortable—exactly what I wanted.

The chair matches the description—nice and functional. Delivery took a bit long, just over two weeks. Communication to keep the customer updated on the shipment was lacking; this needs improvement. Overall, I recommend the purchase—good value for...

In generale consiglio l'acquisto, buon...

The chair seems very good, but don’t be in a hurry. It was listed as in stock, but 10 days after purchase I was told it would be shipped once it was back in again. It would be more honest to say that upfront. That said, the value for money seems...

The product matches the photos; it’s a nice office chair. Unfortunately, the delivery time was very long—I had to wait 2 months for delivery, and it sat in paid backorder status for 1 month and 3 weeks, which was very frustrating. Customer service...

Klantenservice vriendelijk,...

Quality product. Very satisfied. The order was shipped within 30 days. After placing the order, its status was “pending restock, paid,” but with no delivery timeframe. I would have liked to be notified of this by email, as the amount was charged...

The product meets my expectations. The 2-month delivery delay was exasperating. I won't be buying from you again.

At first I thought it was a scam because I didn’t receive any email updates, but everything went smoothly. Quality chair. Spanish phone number: +34.

Comfortable and nice

Erosoa eta polita

High-quality product and very comfortable

Prodotto di buona qualità e molto comoda

I haven't looked closely at the dimensions. I think the seat is too wide, which makes me feel like I don't have enough support. I bought it for better posture, but it hasn't been the right choice. Partly, obviously, it's my own fault.

Deels uiteraard mijn eigen fout.

Always correct quality, fast delivery!

Qualité toujours correct, livraison rapide!

According to the description, very easy to assemble, very good comfort, recommended.

Quality chair and quick to assemble.

Excellent chair! Very high quality!

Toller Stuhl! Qualitativ sehr hochwertig!

All good. Expectations met. Although disassembly for a possible return would be a hassle. The wheels get stuck there after being assembled.

Tutto bene. Aspettative rispettate. Es. Le ruote dopo montate si bloccano lì.

So far, everything is fine with the chair. It seems to have been a good choice. As for durability, we will only know with time, but it feels like it has quality materials. The assembly instructions are not perfect, but they are quite helpful (it...

Perfect... long delivery time, but then you have something at a reasonable price.

Hello, These office chairs are very comfortable, ideal for working from home. I bought 2 black ones, very understated, they match everything.
