Before using or requesting a specific service, Users must read the applicable specific terms. Use, booking or purchase of that service constitutes acceptance of the version of those terms published when the service is used or contracted.

8 Orders and conditions of sale
OfficeChair365 supplies Products to the delivery areas shown on the Website. Any geographical restrictions, additional delivery charges or excluded areas will be displayed during the purchasing process before the User confirms the order.
To make a purchase, the User must complete the checkout form on the Website or place the order through their user account.
A User who wishes to request delivery to a destination not offered at checkout may contact OfficeChair365 at [email protected] so that the possibility and cost of delivery can be assessed.
OfficeChair365 will not intentionally offer Products or quantities that are unavailable. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the User will be informed and may choose, where appropriate, between a delayed delivery, a suitable replacement or a refund of the amount paid.
9 Prices and payment
The Website shows prices in euros. Where both net and gross prices are displayed, the final price inclusive of the applicable VAT will be clearly identified. Before completing the purchase, the User will be shown the total order price, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges.
The User may pay using the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include:
Debit or credit card
Bank transfer
PayPal
Amazon Pay
OfficeChair365 may request a particular payment method where reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the purchaser or prevent fraud.
Within a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours after the order is formalised, OfficeChair365 will send the User an email confirming the purchase details, including the order reference, Product characteristics, price, delivery charges and selected payment method, together with the corresponding invoice or receipt where applicable.
The payment process uses the security protocols and services required by applicable law and by the relevant payment service providers.
The User should notify OfficeChair365 as soon as possible of any unauthorised or fraudulent charge relating to an order by emailing [email protected].
10 Information about Products and services
OfficeChair365 takes reasonable measures to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and undertakes to correct reported errors or omissions as soon as reasonably possible.
11 Delivery times, delivery, charges and loss
11.1 Delivery of the Product
OfficeChair365 undertakes to deliver the Product in suitable condition to the address supplied by the User. The User must provide a complete and accurate address at which the order can be received during normal delivery hours.
OfficeChair365 is not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs caused by an inaccurate, incomplete or false delivery address supplied by the User, without prejudice to the User’s statutory rights.
If the recipient is absent, the carrier may leave instructions, make a further delivery attempt or contact the recipient using the details provided during checkout.
OfficeChair365 will take reasonable steps to ensure that orders are delivered within the agreed period and, where this is not possible, as soon as reasonably practicable.
11.2 Delivery period and notifications
Delivery times may be affected during periods of high demand, including summer holidays, Christmas and promotional campaigns. Users are advised to place time-sensitive orders sufficiently in advance.
Deliveries are normally made on working days and may be affected by national, regional or local public holidays.
If the User cannot be located at the delivery address, the carrier will provide information on a further delivery attempt or collection where its service permits.
11.3 Delivery methods
OfficeChair365 may offer an express delivery service through third-party carriers.
Unless a different service is expressly contracted, delivery is made at street level or to the main entrance of the User’s home or business.
For Products shown as in stock, orders placed before 12:00 are normally delivered within forty-eight (48) business hours, unless another estimated delivery date is displayed on the Product page or during checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed as binding.
Delivery charges and any surcharges based on destination, number of packages, weight or volume will be displayed before the User confirms the order.
11.4 Care upon delivery
The User should, where reasonably possible, inspect the external condition of the packages and check for visible damage in the presence of the carrier.
If damage or another discrepancy is identified, the User is advised to record it on the delivery note and notify OfficeChair365 promptly through the contact form or at [email protected]. This recommendation does not limit the User’s statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
12 Changes, returns and cancellation rights
12.1 Faulty, damaged or non-conforming Products
Products supplied to consumers must conform to the sales contract and be of the description, quality, durability and functionality that the consumer may reasonably expect. They must also be fit for their normal purpose and for any particular purpose accepted by OfficeChair365, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other applicable Irish consumer legislation.
If a lack of conformity becomes apparent within 30 days of delivery, the consumer may exercise the short-term right to terminate the sales contract and obtain a full refund after returning the Product. The consumer may choose a repair or replacement instead. After the first 30 days, the consumer may generally choose between repair and replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the alternative.
Repair or replacement must be carried out free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer. Where repair or replacement is impossible, is not completed correctly or within a reasonable time, the defect reappears, or the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious, the consumer may be entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the sales contract, subject to the conditions established by law.
If a lack of conformity becomes apparent during the first 12 months after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the contrary is proven or that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the Product or the defect. A consumer may seek a remedy for a lack of conformity for up to six years from delivery, taking account of the nature of the Product, its expected durability and the circumstances of the case. The six-year period is a legal limitation period and does not mean that every Product is guaranteed to last for six years.
Any three-year commercial guarantee advertised on the Website is additional to, and does not restrict, the consumer’s statutory rights.
12.2 Cancellation, exchanges and returns
For distance sales, the consumer may cancel the contract without giving a reason within 14 days beginning on the day after the Product is received, subject to the statutory exceptions. In addition, OfficeChair365 offers an extended commercial return period of 30 calendar days from receipt, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
The consumer may communicate the cancellation through the relevant section of their account or order details, by email to [email protected], or by any other clear statement informing OfficeChair365 of the decision to cancel.
The consumer is not required to provide a reason. OfficeChair365 may request photographs to organise collection, assess the condition of the Product or document an incident, but providing photographs does not condition the valid exercise of the statutory cancellation right.
The Product must be returned with all components, parts, accessories and documents and, where possible, in the original packaging or in other suitable packaging that protects it during transport. Lack of original packaging does not by itself prevent cancellation. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product, and for damage or missing parts caused by inadequate packing or an improperly performed return. Any deduction must be reasonable, proportionate and justified.
OfficeChair365 will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, using the same payment method used for the purchase unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after OfficeChair365 is informed of the consumer’s decision to cancel. Where OfficeChair365 has not offered to collect the Product, it may withhold reimbursement until it has received the Product back or the consumer provides evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first. The consumer may voluntarily choose a store credit, but this is never compulsory.
Specific conditions for cancellations and returns
If the order has not been processed or handed to the carrier, OfficeChair365 will refund the amount paid without undue delay using the original payment method.
For delivered orders returned because the consumer has changed their mind, the direct return cost is payable by the consumer, provided that this was communicated before the order was placed. The consumer may arrange an appropriately protected return independently or use OfficeChair365’s collection service. Where a Product cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return cost or a reasonable maximum estimate will be made available before the order is placed, and the exact collection cost will be communicated before collection is confirmed.
The consumer must send the Product back within 14 days after notifying OfficeChair365 of the statutory cancellation, unless OfficeChair365 has offered to collect it. Returns made under the additional commercial period between day 15 and day 30 remain subject to the commercial conditions stated on the Website.
Seating Products must be returned with all their elements, including components, assembly parts, upholstery and any spare parts, properly packed and protected.
If the original packaging is no longer available, the Product must be packed and protected adequately for transport.
Return and disassembly costs arising from a change-of-mind return are payable by the User. This does not apply where the Product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
Specific conditions where the wrong Product has been sent
If the Product delivered does not correspond to the Product ordered, OfficeChair365 will arrange replacement with the correct Product after the User notifies the incident.
The reasonable collection and replacement costs will be paid by OfficeChair365.
If the User requests a refund instead of replacement, the request will be handled in accordance with the statutory remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract. Where the User is legally entitled to a refund, OfficeChair365 will also bear the return costs.
13 Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of the consumer’s statutory rights.
Subject to the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by law, OfficeChair365 is not liable for loss or damage resulting from:
- loss, retention or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control or by acts attributable to the User;
- temporary lack of availability, maintenance or interruption of the Website or its services;
- content on third-party websites linked from the Website;
- viruses or harmful programs introduced by third parties despite reasonable security measures; or
- unlawful, negligent or fraudulent use of the Website or infringement of intellectual property rights by Users.
OfficeChair365 will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to resolve incidents and provide appropriate support to the User.
14 Intellectual property
All rights in the Website’s content, design and source code, including photographs, images, texts, logos, designs, trade marks, trade names and data, belong to OfficeChair365 or to third parties that have authorised their use.
Except where permitted by applicable Irish, European Union or international intellectual property law, no part of the Website may be reproduced, transmitted, adapted, translated, distributed or made available to the public without OfficeChair365’s prior written authorisation.
Access to or use of the Website does not grant any licence, assignment or waiver of intellectual or industrial property rights.
Unauthorised use may result in the civil or criminal liability provided by law.
15 Amendments
The information on the Website is current on the date of its most recent update. OfficeChair365 may update, amend or remove Website information, these Terms and Conditions and other policies.
Amendments take effect when published and do not affect orders already completed under an earlier version, except where a change is required by law.
16 Severability
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions is separate. If a court or competent authority declares any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective and the affected provision will be replaced or interpreted, as far as legally possible, so as to preserve its intended purpose.
17 Right to restrict access
OfficeChair365 may deny or withdraw access to the Website or its services from Users who breach these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law and without prejudice to orders and statutory rights already acquired.
18 Applicable law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. However, a consumer habitually resident in Ireland will not be deprived of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of Irish consumer law and applicable European Union law. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts competent under the applicable consumer and jurisdiction rules, including the Irish courts where those rules so provide.
Consumers should first submit any complaint to OfficeChair365 through the contact form or at [email protected]. If a cross-border complaint cannot be resolved directly, a consumer resident in Ireland may contact the European Consumer Centre Ireland for information and assistance in seeking an amicable solution with a trader established in another European Union country. Where applicable, the consumer may also use an authorised alternative dispute resolution body. The right to bring court proceedings is not affected.
