Payments and billing

We accept the main credit and debit cards. You can also pay by PayPal or bank transfer, or choose Klarna at checkout.

At OfficeChair365, we take the security of your personal and payment information very seriously. All transactions are processed through secure connections and specialised online payment systems.

You can check that our website uses an encrypted connection by looking for the padlock icon next to the web address and confirming that the URL begins with “https”.

As we mainly serve businesses and professionals, each product page shows the price excluding VAT for business customers. The total price including VAT is also displayed on every product page. Before completing your purchase, you will be able to clearly see the total order amount, including all applicable taxes.

You can change your billing details from your customer account:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click “Delivery addresses”.

3. Select the billing address you want to change and click “Edit”.

If you are placing an order, you can also change these details during the final step of checkout, under “Billing address”.

To download the invoice for your order, log in to your account and go to “My Orders”. Select the relevant order and click “Download invoice”. The invoice will be available once you have received the order.

If you placed the order as a guest, you can create an account using the same email address used for the purchase and then follow the steps above.

Yes. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email containing the bank details needed to make the transfer. You will have 5 working days to complete it. Remember to include the order number as the payment reference. If we do not receive the payment within this period, the order will be cancelled.

PayPal is a platform that allows you to make secure online payments without sharing your bank details directly with the store.
