As pictured. A bit of difficulty laying the mat flat—it was packed very tightly in the box. I imagine it will take a little time to settle into its proper shape.

The protector is of good quality, but since it comes rolled up, it is VERY difficult to get it flat. Even trying with the heat sources they recommend.

It would be desirable for it to remain stiff and not curl. Thank you.

I still haven't received the order; when I do, I will give my final opinion. On the website, your carrier had it scheduled for "delivery on the 9th," and they did not do so.

It's quite difficult to get it smooth, I've followed the instructions and it still has quite a wave, but it still fulfills its function well.
