The chair would be more comfortable if it had more padding.

A good chair for the price. Lightweight and easy to maneuver. I had some trouble with assembly and with the lever that operates the gas lift. A bit more detail in the instructions would be helpful.

The chair seemed good, but the gas lift that adjusts the height is broken and it slowly sinks. I contacted customer service, but it’s been very confusing. I hope they sort it out because it wasn’t cheap. Three stars is generous... very generous.

After almost 15 days of use, I’m very satisfied with the Armani chair. It’s comfortable, sturdy, elegant, and suitable for working long hours. The overall sense of quality is good, and I think it offers good value for money. As the only point for improvement, I’d take a bit more care with the outer packaging, as the box arrived damaged in some areas and you could slightly see the contents, although the chair arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a very good purchase.
