X1 Pro
Premium Ergonomic Office Chair X4Pro, maximum performance
Characteristics
Extendable footrest
Allows you to stretch your legs and keep your feet elevated in a reclined position, helping to support blood circulation and relaxation.
Double lumbar cushion
Provides extra comfort in the lower back area and helps your body stay active throughout the day, improving circulation and concentration.
5D armrests
These are the most technologically advanced armrests. They include 5 adjustment options: height, width, depth, angle and tilt. They allow the arm support to be adapted for greater comfort and an ergonomic posture in different positions.
Headrest
Using a headrest is highly recommended, as it helps support the upper back and neck area without putting the spine under excessive strain. Adding a headrest provides a more complete sitting position, as the backrest is long enough to support the whole body.
Lumbar support
Lumbar adjustment allows you to adjust the pressure of the backrest on the lower back. Lumbar injuries are one of the most common work-related health problems, so it is advisable to choose a chair with this type of adjustment, allowing more natural support that follows the curve of the back.
Seat depth adjustment
This feature allows the seat depth to be adjusted to the length of each user's legs, helping to achieve a more comfortable and healthier posture while working. This type of mechanism is commonly used in high-end ergonomic chairs.
Synchron Plus mechanism
This is one of the most advanced mechanisms on the market and is recommended by ergonomics specialists. The seat and backrest adapt to your movements in a synchronised and automatic way. When the backrest tilts forwards or backwards, the seat tilt also adjusts automatically at the same time, helping to achieve a dynamic posture. A safety anti-return system prevents sudden impacts.
Perfect Balance
Designed to provide maximum comfort, ergonomics, and functionality, the X4Pro ergonomic chair is the ideal choice for those seeking a superior experience in their workspace. With an innovative structure and a complete adjustment system, this chair ensures total support, freedom of movement, and absolute customization, adapting to the needs of each user.
Design
Its dynamic backing with DTS technology allows for a floating recline that keeps the body in motion throughout the day. The flexible structure provides full support in every posture, with adjustable backrest tilt, height regulation, and an adjustable lumbar support system via pressure in an airbag for greater comfort.
Adjustable
Total adjustability for a perfect posture: Equipped with 7D armrests, it adapts to any position and need, while its 4D headrest is adjustable according to different body types. Additionally, its sliding backrest function allows for a personalized setup to enhance ergonomics and comfort during long hours.
Premium Finishes
Multifunctional mechanism and advanced reclining: Thanks to its cable control system, it allows for quick adjustments and locks the recline in 4 positions. Its reclining capacity of up to 160° is ideal for moments of rest, while the seat slider offers maximum adaptability to each user. Additionally, it includes an integrated footrest, providing a superior comfort experience.

I’m satisfied, but it’s a shame that when you move around, the wheels and supports make quite a bit of noise.

Excellent build quality and materials. It offers many posture adjustment options with plenty of granularity in their control. The only downside is the lack of guidance on how to make the adjustments—there’s only a video with basic instructions. I...

Chair matches the description. Only a small area for improvement: the maximum seat height adjustment is a bit low if you’re over 1.90 m tall. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

The chair is satisfactory so far, but your company's customer service is deplorable! Six months to get it delivered, no communication with the customer, and honestly it's a real ordeal to get any answers! I won't be ordering from you again.

A few areas for improvement: the armrest joint locks are weak—they move too easily, and the option to lift to a 30° angle doesn’t work because it gives under the weight of the arm. The chair’s backrest locks also give way when weight is applied,...

The chair is fine; the lumbar section of the backrest lowers or “adjusts” every time I move—I guess I’ll have to get used to it or learn how to sit. But the reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that it arrived a month late, and it was listed as in...
