Ergonomic Office Chair Balance Pro White, 3D Arms

Good product.

Buen producto

The chair is really comfortable, the fabric is soft and stretchy, and the lumbar cushion is snug and supportive. The seat is a bit low, and the armrests aren’t fixed—they slide forward and can’t be locked where you want them.

The product is excellent quality and I’m really happy with it. It significantly improved my posture, and I’ve eliminated pain in my back, shoulders, and neck. Shipping was on time, and assembly was easy and didn’t take long. I highly recommend it.

The assembly instructions are too brief.

ISTRUZIONI MONTAGGIO TROPPO SINTETICHE

In other reviews people complained about the delivery time; in my case, the promised timeframe was met. Like others have mentioned, the chair doesn’t raise very high, but I think the height is fine for people up to about 180 cm. The chair looks...

Delivery time was much longer than stated on the site. The office chair is nice but far too low for people taller than 170 cm.

The chair is fine, but the delivery times weren’t met, and the courier company was terrible—the box was completely open and one side was broken, with the product sticking out.

It’s a good chair; my only complaint is the lumbar support—it’s a bit hard, and the height is a bit low. It should be a little higher.

Excellent product.

Ottimo prodotto

The chair is fine! It’s just quite hard to assemble; there should be another tutorial. I spent about an hour trying to figure it out.

The chair’s frame in the catalog is described as white; white was ordered, and it arrived gray. Please make sure that the advertising and the options offered are accurate. Regards.

Great chair; personally, I would have preferred it a little higher.

The chair is quite comfortable and lightweight. On the downside, I would like to mention that it comes unassembled and the instructions are not very clear..... Regarding the delivery, I have had to claim it several times, both from the transport...

Perfect chair for the office, but also for relaxing thanks to the integrated footrest. Very useful lumbar and cervical support to maintain posture after hours of use. Sturdy and quality materials. Perfect delivery!

Consegna perfetta!

Really excellent for not straining the back.

Davvero ottima per non affaticare la schiena.

The seat height is generally too low!

Sitzhöhe insgesamt zu niedrig !

It has not been delivered on the scheduled date.

Fast delivery. Comfortable and sturdy chair. The tilt allows you to relax while maintaining a correct posture.

Consegna veloce. Poltrona comoda e robusta.

Very comfortable and ergonomic armchair. To be 5*, it should be able to increase its height a bit more.

Perfect. Very comfortable. It's a pity that the instructions for assembling the furniture are not very clear.

Parfait.

I work remotely almost exclusively. This ergonomic chair is a real plus in terms of comfort. It's a shame the backrest doesn't tilt more upright. Otherwise, it's a good quality chair, easy to assemble.

Despite having good ergonomics and matching the images presented, the material is not what is advertised on the website. The material is PVC (rigid plastic) throughout the structure and not aluminum.

Good

Buona

Comfortable chair, with good lumbar support and easy to assemble, however, lower than I would like.

Very good packaging. Quite easy to assemble. Comfortable. I hope to see it in the long term.

Emballage très bien. Montage assez facile. Confortable.

It's fine, but the comfort is more like that of an office chair than that of an armchair. It is probably very good for prolonged work, but it is not as suitable for a more relaxed and comfortable position.

The right chair meets expectations. The detail that could be improved is that it would be appreciated if assembly instructions were included. Although it is not complicated, one has to figure out which screws to use for each part.

The assembly manual was missing, but I have already obtained it thanks to other manuals. Other than that, everything is perfect.

The chair is very low.

A cadeira é muito baixa.

The product itself is very good. It's just that my desk is 75 cm high and, when set to its maximum, my desk is 4 cm above the armrests. But I have seen how I could raise the seat by adapting an intermediate piece between the seat and the base.

Very comfortable chair and exactly as in the picture.

Sedia molto comoda ed esattamente come in foto

So far it seems excellent, easy to assemble, extremely comfortable, stylish.

Very comfortable, excellent quality materials, as described.

I chose this chair after reading the features offered and the quality-price ratio. I had pain in my trapezius and cervical area, due to obviously poor posture sitting at the desk for many hours a day. First impression, immediately positive. I hope...

Primo impatto, subito positivo. Spero...

I am super happy with my purchase. It arrived on time and was much more comfortable than expected.

I'm super happy with my purchase. It arrived on time, and it was way more comfortable than expected.

Product okay, but assembly instructions insufficient

Prodotto ok, ma istruzioni di montaggio insufficienti

Fast delivery, comfortable ergonomic chair, only flaw: assembly instructions written too small.

Consegna veloce, sedia ergonomica comoda unico neo istruzioni x il montaggio scritte troppo in piccolo

The product is fantastic. It looks very high quality and smooth in its adjustments. The problem was that the lumbar support protrudes so much that, in my case, my back does not rest on the backrest.

OF THREE GOOD QUALITY

Bequemer ergonomischer Bürostuhl!

Even after using it, I really like the chair. Between the order and the delivery, everything went very well.

Fast delivery and easy assembly. The chair is very comfortable and of high quality.

The chair is well made, the seat is comfortable, and the backrest supports the lumbar area well; it is necessary to study the various positions that the chair offers, but it is undoubtedly an excellent product. We will see if this chair helps me...

The note is illegible Poorly printed, too small, and not precise enough The classification of the parts is very difficult

The chair is very comfortable but sits a bit low, even at the maximum height of the lift.
