Brenton office guest chair, steel frame, sled base 210918 - (Outlet)

Given the condition of the package I received, I expected the worst, but the proper padding of all the parts kept everything intact. Otherwise, the product is exactly as shown on the website. The refund for taxes that weren’t owed was quick, too.

Delivered fairly quickly. DHL was a disaster. And then the wrong color: light grey, not beige—doesn’t match the photo. Sits well, quality is good too. Returning it is too much hassle.

Redelijk snel geleverd.

Excellent product.

ottimo prodotto

Overall, a nice chair that met my expectations. The only issue was that one of the threaded holes was damaged during assembly, so I had to buy a tap set and rethread it.

Very good

molto buono

I am very concerned that the fabric will tear quickly. It is very soft. I hope it lasts a long time. But it is very nice. Sincerely.

The packaging arrived very damaged, and with a small defect in the paint of the chair.

Good product. Terrible seller.

Prodotto buono. Venditore pessimo

The workmanship is average. The materials themselves are high-quality, but the chair was built sloppily with overly loose tolerances. Without some hands-on rework, I would have had to return the chair from Germany back to Spain. The upper hole in...

very good quality of the material, but the finish could be more careful. Unfortunately, the threads were not installed, so the buyer's manual skills were needed again. The overall impression, however, is positive.
